1. About Us & Contact

Tucson Boxing & Fitness LLC ("we," "us," or "the gym") operates this membership-management software and the related public website at tucsonboxing.us.

2. Membership Terms

By signing a Membership Agreement with Tucson Boxing & Fitness, you agree to the dues, term, and cancellation conditions printed on that Agreement. The signed Agreement is the controlling document for your membership; this page summarizes our general practices.

Memberships auto-renew month-to-month at the same rate after the initial term unless cancelled in writing.
Late or returned payments incur a $20 late fee per the Agreement.
Cancellations require notice as specified in your Agreement. We do not charge unjustified early-cancel fees.
You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.

3. Privacy & Data Policy

We collect only the information needed to run your membership: name, contact info (email, phone, address), date of birth, emergency contact, a profile photo (optional), and a payment method.

How we use your data:

To process membership dues and personal-training charges via Square.
To contact you about your membership, billing, classes, and gym news.
To verify identity at check-in (barcode / photo).
To produce internal reports (always aggregated, never re-sold).

What we never do:

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
We never share your data with marketing companies, data brokers, or insurance companies.
We never run third-party advertising trackers on this software.

Payment-card data is tokenized by Square — the gym never stores your full card number on our servers. Square's own Privacy Notice is at squareup.com/legal/privacy.

You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@tucsonboxing.us. We honor requests within 30 days.

4. SMS / Text-Message Policy

Opt-in: Promotional texts from Tucson Boxing & Fitness are sent from 520-900-0348 only if you check an optional, unchecked-by-default box on our public Free Class form or on the in-gym membership form. Providing a phone number or joining the gym is not consent. The box is not required to book a class or become a member.

Types of promotional messages you may receive if you opt in:

Membership specials, personal-training promotions, and gym events (typically 1–4 per month).

Message frequency: Variable — typically fewer than 4 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Tucson Boxing & Fitness does not charge for SMS, but your wireless carrier's rates apply to messages you receive.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any text message from us to immediately and permanently unsubscribe. You can also email info@tucsonboxing.us or call us at 520-710-5505 to be removed.

Need help? Reply HELP to any of our text messages, or contact us using the email / phone above.

We use a third-party messaging provider (Twilio) to send SMS. Carrier delivery may be subject to filtering and is not guaranteed. We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with the messaging provider needed to deliver the message. 5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active members via email or in-gym notice.
